Every type of bearded dragon sheds. This is normal. Before your bearded dragon is going to shed, you will notice the colours fade or dull out. During shedding, don't try to peel off the skin if it is not ready to come off. It can cause damage to the scales underneath. They shed in pieces. Most dragons will use its surroundings to rub against it to loosen the skin on it's own. For parts which have problems shedding skin, you can soak your bearded dragon in warm water, allow water to soak the skin, and slowly rub on the spot. It may not come off right away but will help loosen the skin. We recommend you keep a routine of soaking your beardie so he is well hydrated to begin with and avoids future problems.
